A new roof job comes with a lot of anxiety. Long-story-short... Ivan and the Pro Exteriors team went above and beyond with our roofing job, and we highly recommend them. Read on for details. As I hope all of you have done... we spent a few weeks evaluating contractors onsite, and getting estimates. We looked at their level of experience, project pics, and most importantly, what clients have said about them AFTER project completion. We knew from our first interaction -- and every communication afterwards -- that they were very responsive to our questions and concerns. We have a pretty complicated roof with seven sections, 2-3 floors high, on a tight lot surrounded by professional landscaping. They initially flew drones to diagnose the problems, and explained our issues in detail. And they continued the communication during the installation, with in-progress drone images. Our roof leaked in multiple areas despite being just over 10 years old... because it was installed wrong!! But this time, we thoroughly researched five companies and in the end, chose Pro Exteriors. And thankfully it was the right choice. They were professional and thorough... plus calm and considerate when issues came up during the job. They worked as a unified team and got the job done in one very long day. They found two more problems that were not anticipated, and fixed those too. They cleaned up beautifully without damaging any landscaping. We've had a crazy stormy 2023 Spring & Summer, and 7 months since install... and our roof is FINALLY leak-free! When you've dealt with this constant leak anxiety with our CT storms... you can understand why we're so happy and relieved. Pro Exteriors is the real deal. Thanks again Ivan and your entire team. I enthusiastically recommend Pro Exteriors. They transformed my house from a dark, rickety looking shack to cozy, light, cottage. They replaced our siding and our gutters. I can go on and on but you can see the after photos and compare it to the before photo to get a sense of the immense transformation. The team was excellent in communication but most importantly, they were excellent in the details. If you look at the images all the flashing and soffit work is really top notch. If you choose to work with them, you’ll be glad that you did. They were also one of the few companies willing to put gutters on our slate roof. Thank you (belatedly) Pro Exteriors for the amazing job you did with our house.

Thank you Pro Exteriors for your amazing customer service on my roof repair in New Haven! After a torrential rainstorm and major inhouse leakage, Charles was great, came right over to inspect the leak issue and had his works right over that weekend! He understand I couldn't financially replace the entire roof yet and he worked with me, provided options with no BS & gave me a great price to repair the issue 🤩 The crew provided prompt professional Service and cleanup! Good customer service from Charles , job was done on time and the work that was done was emasculate. In the future I would definitely use this company again. 💯 recommend. I actually wanted just my siding of my house done , was so please I also use them to do my roofing. Highly recommend.

A recent storm damaged my gutter and downspouts.Its about a 50 foot tall multi family building I called Charles and this pro listened to my problem provided a solution, sent I very a contract very clear on project details including proof if insurance etc.. He had a professional crew show up the following morning on time as promised. Provided a professional service and a reasonable rate. Left the property clean and completed job quickly. Our roof had some -- exciting -- challenges because of many addtions to the original house. We spoke with three contractors about a new roof. Pro Exteriors was reasonable, explained their process, and stayed very professional and attentive. Then our solar company, who had promised to take off and re-install our solar panels when we needed a new roof, sold out to someone else after removing the panels. We had solar panels in the yard because the new company had a policy to only do this service if they also did the roof (at a very hefty price), and didn't really care that this transition happened while we were in the middle of the project. They just refused. Pro Exteriors to the rescue, once again! A beautiful new roof, AND working solar panels. Great service, great price!

We had our siding and roof replaced last summer. Honestly looks like a whole new house. Every part of the process was explained beforehand, from the solar panel removal and reinstallation process, to help with figuring out financing, etc. When it came time to start the work, the crews were professional and quick, and our project was complete within a week. Everything looks great. What’s even better is Ivan has amazing customer service and responds to any question or concern I have quickly and honestly.

I had my roof done 5 months ago and it’s been holding up extremely well!! I have so much great things to say but my review will turn into a book. lol. No issues, no surprises, and it still looks great. The shingle color hasn’t faded at all. From day one, the level of professionalism was impressive. The team was organized, on time, and kept everything clean and well coordinated throughout the project. There was a team on the roof, a team constantly cleaning up hazards, and a supervisor watching it all from across the street with eyes on both teams making sure they were working efficiently and clean. Communication was clear, and I always knew what to expect. I really liked the progress photos. I received photos of the roof before installation, photos showing all the shingles being peeled off, and after photos. They were very transparent. At no point did I have to wonder if they cut corners. If plans needed to be changed installation would halt and Charles would reach out to me for my feedback before proceeding. They were so professional and organized that my neighbors all complimented them after they left. What really set them apart was the follow-up. They actually checked back in after the job was completed to make sure everything was still holding up. Most companies disappear the second payment clears, but not this one. That kind of accountability shows they truly stand behind their work and actually care about long term quality not just an “Good luck wave” after installation day. They started at 7am and was finished by 2pm same day. No layovers, no bare roof for weeks just overall professional. They even moved the patio furniture and put it back. Special shout out to Charles for being so professional and easy to work with. He made the whole process smooth and extremely stress free.
